Subscription Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Subscription: Once a subscription package is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We encourage clients to thoroughly consider their fitness goals and preferences before making a commitment to any subscription package.

Freezing or Transferring Subscriptions: While we do not offer cancellations, clients have the option to freeze or transfer their subscription to another individual. Please contact our customer support team for guidance on this process.

Completion of Classes: Subscriptions come with a predefined period for completing a set of classes. It is essential that you complete the allocated classes within this timeframe to fully benefit from your package.

Session Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Classes: To cancel a specific class, clients must inform their designated coach at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Failure to provide this advance notice will result in a charge for the missed class.

Late Arrival: Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled classes. In the event of a late arrival, the class will not be extended, and the session will end at the originally scheduled time.

Make-Up Classes: If a class is canceled with the requisite notice, clients may inquire about scheduling a make-up class within the same subscription period. However, make-up classes are subject to availability and coach discretion.

Completion of Class Set: Clients are required to complete the set of classes within the specified timeframe indicated when purchasing the package. Classes not utilized within the allocated period will be forfeited.
